German Meringue is pastry cream and butter combined for a very rich frosting or filling. Of course, I make the pastry cream from scratch with real vanilla beans, cream and eggs, nothing artificial. I have been known to add cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to my German Buttercream and believe me, it is to die for!

My ganache, frostings & fillings are made with the highest quality chocolate and dairy fresh cream of 40% butterfat. These are my favorite frostings for fondant covered cakes and I highly recommend them. Ganache results in the smoothest surface for flawless fondant coverings and can stay at room temperature longer than any other frosting. Ganache is what the center of truffles are made from, so you can imagine an entire cake covered in creamy, chocolatey yumminess! The flavor are:
