STANDARD BUTTERCREAM FROSTINGS:

Swiss Meringue are egg whites and sugar whipped to stiff peaks and then butter added. Its a little bit lighter and airier. Most Decorators use Swiss Meringue for its stability.

• Vanilla Bean Buttercream

• Cream Cheese

• Milk Chocolate

• Dark Chocolate

• Peanut Butter

• Coffee

• Lemon

• Mocha

*Any fruit puree can be folded into most buttercreams to be used as fillings at an additional 50¢ per serving cost.

*Any nut pastry creams or praline powders can be folded into any buttercream to be used as fillings, at an additional 50¢ per serving cost.

WHIPPED CREAM FROSTINGS:

• Vanilla Bean

• White Chocolate

• Cream Cheese

• White Chocolate Cream Cheese

• Milk Chocolate

• Chocolate Cream Cheese

• Dulce de Leche

• Crème Anglaise

*Most fruit purees, nut and chocolate pastry creams or mousse can be folded into most whipped cream frostings, at an extra 50¢ per serving cost.

*Liquors blend well with most whipped cream frostings and be added at an additional 50¢ per serving cost.
